Take a minute and look back...Careful not to stare. 

 

What do you see?

 

Are you looking at how far you have come or how far you want to go? Either way, you cannot get to where you are currently without taking that one step. To get to the next level, you must have the courage to take that next step into uncertainty.

 

That one step into uncertainty is exactly where the growth begins. Go ahead and leap or if you are more cautious, I will hold your hand and walk you across the bridge supporting you until you are able to believe in your badassness.
