In the competitive world of business, entrepreneurs strive to create successful ventures that stand the test of time. While strategies, products, and market trends play vital roles, there is another crucial element that often goes unnoticed but holds immense power—the core values of a business. Core values are the guiding principles that define a company's culture and shape its behavior, decisions, and interactions. In this blog post, we will explore the significance of core values in business and how they can contribute to overall success. We will also learn how to define and integrate core values into your company culture to foster growth, engagement, and productivity. So, let's dive in!
Core values are the fundamental beliefs that drive the behavior and actions of individuals within an organization. They serve as the moral compass and a set of...
On my Friday Group Calls, we discuss ways to be more productive, have some hot seat coaching, trainings within the NLP (Neuro-linguistics) framework and help each other out with our powerful global networks.
I’m constantly asking the group to have fun if not but one day out of the weekend and something fun during the week just for themselves…no one else. Others can participate; however, it must be for the individual. When you take time out for these fun activities and the relaxation, you will actually be more refreshed, happier, more productive and possibly come up with a solution to a problem that’s been bugging you.
A few months back, the question was reversed towards me. I replied with a list of things from researching the PH of soil and what plants needed to laying out the garden on a grid to cooking and ordering seeds. I love doing all of this however, this was not just for me and it was part of a “to-do” list not a “to have...

Many people are on vacation or holiday this time of year. About two decades ago, I used to look forward to vacation; however, the dread of returning prevented me from enjoying the escape. The dread was returning to the faux-reality I created. I was not in love with my now ex-husband. My three now adult kids were great and l loved them dearly and still do (especially given that western doctors told me I would not be able to conceive given I had cervical cancer and endometriosis as a bonus). But I overcompensated by being all things to everyone except myself which included homeroom mom, troop leader, hockey, lacrosse and baseball mom that literally did everything for all the teams and Martha Stewart had nothing on me.
This authenticity has also enabled me to have a second chance at love, again after being apart for 37 years with a beautiful soul.

Remember the dream you had? All the plans were laid out neatly and you told yourself...I will do this when xyz happens...
Remember the way your heart beat with excitement? Your eyes would water and you did not know if they were tears of joy, fear, or sadness because you could not figure out how to make the dream a reality?
Zana (check her out on Spotify) has a great song she wrote about Tossi and Turning, losing the battle to insomnia because dreams have been put on a shelf.
I invite you to see what dreams you have pushed to the side, put on a shelf and pull off the lid and see if the dream is still your dream. You can still be that winner.
Create a new dream and then expand it! Become the winner you were put on this earth to be...I dare you!

I love sunrises and sunsets for their spectacular beauty. However, I also enjoy these two moments of a day because I see each dawn as a reset button. The closing of each day gives me the opportunity to be grateful for all I have accomplished and to celebrate those wins. I also use the time to design how I want the next day to be.
So ask yourself and make a list of 6 things you are grateful for today as well as how you are going to reset for tomorrow.
